Bespoke functional test fixtures can be designed and manufactured in-house to perform specific testing requirements.

Our design and test team will work closely with you to develop a test solution specifically tailored to your needs, whether it is a simple bed of nails test or a more complex automated solution with PC integration and reporting.

Turnkey

B.E.S provides a "complete product assembly" service (turnkey solution) to many of its customers.

Turnkey services include

• Cable Assembly – typically required as part of the box build assembly and encompasses a wide variety of cable assembly techniques ranging from IDC assemblies to full cable looms.
• Mechanical Assembly – comprising of building the PCB assembly into an enclosure / rack system.
• Product Testing – Functional testing as per the test specification.
• Burn-in Test – As per the customer requirements.
